Shipping policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We offer standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times vary by location:

US: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

International: 7–21 business days after fulfillment
Please note: Production time is in addition to shipping time.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over $50. International customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes.
Order Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to most countries worldwide but do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Damages & Lost Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
